An experienced Architect with a flair for innovative design across all sectors, Paula is an accomplished artist in her own right having exhibited at the V&A and is the driving force behind building the art into architecture. Away from the office Paula enjoys playing golf and going on long country walks.

Steve brings experience of project implementation in Retail, Leisure and Hotels to the team, both as a client and within architectural practice. Steve project manages the design and implementation process from feasibility to completion. A qualified FA Football Coach Steve also manages to fit in a weekend game of golf.

Brian Turner

Associate Director

An accomplished Architect with experience across all sectors, Brian manages a team that delivers Cadmium’s innovative design. Another golfer who also has a passion for classic cars.

Goulla Angelides

Interior Designer

A passionate interior designer and project leader, Goulla works closely with Paula to deliver Cadmium’s creative concepts. Goulla is the Cadmium Queen of cakes bringing her design skills to beautiful baking creations.

Karim Mezeli

Project Leader

An experienced interior designer and project leader, Karim uses his unique imagination to push the boundaries of design and has the dedication to follow his ideas through. He enjoys cycling and adventure weekends.

Michael Simon

BA(Hons)

Project Leader

Project leader, CAD specialist and backbone of the Cadmium team, Michael manages the CAD support for all projects. A recent knee operation has curtailed his football career so Michael has turned his creative side to making fantastic cup cakes.

Desmond Harte

Project Leader

Project Leader and Senior Technologist, Des has vast experience in the Retail and Leisure sectors and always shows great attention to detail.

Stacey Green

Office Manager

Keeps everyone in line supporting all activities across the board. Stacey is the life and soul of the office and in her spare time makes a range of fabric ‘monsters’ based on characters from the world of rock ‘n roll.
